It isn’t for everyone.  We on the other hand love it.  We get excited to take a poor experience and turn it into a positive one, not to say we don’t like the happy conversations too!  We are a close knit team where the sole focus is providing a great customer experience – We don’t charge by the hour or by utilization numbers because they drive the wrong results – Instead, we will spend as much time as necessary with each customer to ensure a happy resolution. Your success is our success.

What is your refund policy? Cancellation Policy?

We offer a 14-day refund if you are unhappy with our service for any reason. We make this very simple.  If you don’t like us, get rid of us.  Kick us to the street. We only have on ask – You tell us why.  Okay, you don’t actually have to even do that, though we would love if you do.  Our goal is to keep your customers and your business happy.  You may cancel your service at any time, please note that no refunds are provided after the initial month of service.

We are able to keep pricing down through many ways. For starters, we have decades of industry experience between us all, so we know what works and what doesn’t – We are not reinventing the wheel, instead we focus on the sole thing that has been proven to matter, study after study – Great customer service provided by an amazing team. We throw out a lot of the noise and junk under the hood that most companies don’t need or want.  We use data to our advantage to be able to understand peak volume times and staff to those, while maintaining an extremely flexible labor force that can expand at a moments notice to take on additional service. We also utilize a series of tools that take much of the friction out of the employee’s normal workday, allowing them to focus on what matters. We are a flat organization, unlike the layers and layers of management you may find at a more traditional call center environment. Can I upgrade after signing up?

Of course. We will be happy to assist with upgrading at any time.  If you account begins to near its threshhold for sessions, we’ll reach out as well to let you know.  We are always happy to work with you to ensure the plan you are on is serving your needs.

Who handles the service? How do you ensure quality?

While we are currently all based out of the US, this could change in the future as we are a fully remote based team.  We are a completely remote team which allows us to be extremely picky with who we hire, ensuring only the best.  We are an employee driven company, where we do put our employees first.  It’s a firm belief that by taking care of our employees, they’ll take care of your customers the same.  We have strict quality controls in place to monitor and review sessions, and will gladly provide full access to all transcripts to you at any time.  You can even jump in on the platform to see it all for yourself.

How do you support my customers?

During the first few weeks, we will go through an integration phase where we will ask you to provide us a lot of common information we need to support your customer base.  We also do our own research to begin building our intern alknowledge base which we will ask you to review for accuracy.  The best part is we learn as we go – It’s impossible to prepare for everything, so we will constantly learn from your customers to improve the experience for everyone.

What do I need to supply to get started?

Very little.  We offer the complete package, we bring the tools, labor, and will build the training material with some help from you.  We will just need some of your time to collect all of the details about your business, and talk through some of the pesky details such as escalation flows.  We also like to get to know the unique culture of your company, we try our best to align the support services with your culture, those little magical details really do make the difference.

We can do a lot.  Drop us a note what you are looking for and let’s see what we can do for you. We can’t wiggle our ears or walk through walls though.  Clowns are iffy for a few of us as well.
